We want your order to reach you quickly, securely, and exactly as you expected. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive an order confirmation by email within minutes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with your tracking link.

Delivery Times & Rates

Estimated delivery times start once your order is dispatched.

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days. £5.95, free over £65.
  • European Union: 3–7 business days. €5.95, free over €75.
  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days. $8.95, free over $85.
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days. Cost calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or peak shopping periods.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before reaching out.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders within the UK are shipped duty-paid — no extra fees on delivery.

Orders to the EU, US, Canada, and Rest of World may be subject to import duties, VAT, or taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 4 hours of placing your order at support@violetteand.co.uk. Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, we're unable to redirect it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please first check around your delivery location and with neighbours, confirm the address listed on your tracking matches your shipping address, and contact your local carrier with the tracking number.

If your parcel still cannot be located after 5 business days, email us at support@violetteand.co.uk and we'll open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Holiday & Sale Periods

During major sale events (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day) and public holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to higher order volume. We'll communicate any expected delays via email and on our homepage.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-order and backorder items will display the expected ship date on the product page. If your cart contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise noted.
